This free introduction gives you a gentle taste of the From Wired to Rested course, with three beginner sessions from the Essential Module. Each session is short, easy-to-follow, and designed to help you build a simple mindfulness habit without any rush or pressure.
These sessions are perfect for calming your mind, grounding yourself, or just taking a few minutes for you. They’re ideal if you’re new to meditation or want to see what the course feels like before committing.
You’ll also get a brief Getting Started guide, so you know exactly how to use the sessions and make the most of them.
Once you’ve completed these three sessions, you’ll have the option to continue with the full course, including all Essential sessions plus the Focus, Mood, and Sleep modules, which bring more ways to build calm, presence, and better sleep into your day.
No complicated techniques or any pressure, just a gentle introduction to mindfulness.
